Privacy

Plain-language privacy policy. Last updated October 14, 2026.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: the application, guild, alliance, business inquiry, local tithe and forum post forms. That can include a handle, a contact address you choose to give, your message, and an optional tithe receipt. We do not ask for your real name unless you choose to give it. Never include card numbers, home addresses or anything you do not want the Warden to see.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored by our host, Netlify, in the site's private form inbox. Spam protection is provided by Google reCAPTCHA on our forms, which Google processes under its own privacy policy.

Who sees it

Only the Warden (the site owner). Tithe receipts and tithe details are private and are never posted. Forum posts are public only after approval, and only your handle, board, title and message are shown.

What is public

The member list (handles and roles), the Honor Roll and approved forum posts are public pages. Use a handle, not your real name.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your data. We run no analytics, ad trackers or tracking cookies.

Stored on your device

Your theme choice, forum handle and slowmode timer are saved only in your own browser (localStorage). They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Deletion and questions

To see, correct or delete anything you sent us, or to remove a forum post or your handle, send a request through the application form or the contact form and write "Privacy request" with the handle you used. We will delete it from the form inbox and the site.
