The Lantern Beacon of Lost Souls
Space cathedral of the Shinigami order. Void watchtower. Light for the lost.
The Legend
Out past the last charted star there is a tower with no world beneath it. Its builders are forgotten and its stones are cold. At its crown a single lantern burns, and it has never gone out.
Ships drift in the void: hulls scarred, crews scattered, signals long since silent. We call them Rejects. No one is cast out here. Every Reject is just a ship that hasn't come home yet. The lantern doesn't ask where they've been. It only burns, so they can find the way.
The brotherhood keeps the flame. Grace guides each ship into dock, and discipline keeps it there. As a soul serves, its flame changes color, from ash to gold and beyond.
The Watchtower: Command Bridge
High in the Lantern Beacon sits the Watchtower, the command bridge where missions and events are called. Attending missions earns participation toward promotions and EPGP. That includes Darktide deployments, game nights, lore quizzes, tabletop, Space Marine 2 ops and duels. Missions are announced in Discord, and you RSVP there through the War Room bot.
